How this design was built.

The client had three roles and a long list of details to publish in one post. I split the canvas: a giant vertical HIRING lockup masked with an aerial street shot holds the left side and does all the stopping power, while the right column organises every role into cream-tagged blocks with identical rhythm. An electric-blue gradient keeps the whole thing on brand and readable at feed size.
